Levels

Beginner

You already dance Salsa, but are new to Cuban Son? This is the perfect place to start. Learn the fundamentals, understand the unique feeling of dancing contratiempo, develop a comfortable partner connection, and discover why Son is considered the heart of cuban social dance.

Improver – Intermediate 1

You already know the basics and want to become more confident on the dance floor. Strengthen your timing, improve your posture and movement quality, refine your lead and follow, and expand your Son vocabulary with new figures and combinations.

Intermediate 2 – Advanced

You feel very comfortable dancing contratiempo and are ready for the next challenge. Refine your technique, improve your body movement and musical interpretation, explore more complex partner work, and develop a smoother, more elegant dancing style.

Advanced 2 – Master

Designed for experienced Son dancers who want to dive deeper into the essence of the dance. Focus on musicality, interpretation, styling, partner communication, cultural understanding, and advanced technique through detailed feedback and high-level training.
