Q: How does this online purchase work?
A: It’s easy! Order your desired t-shirt size and color here on our website. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with a unique QR code. Bring this QR code to the Baila Augsburg anniversary event to pick up your shirt.
Q: When can I pick up my t-shirt?
A: T-shirt pick-up will be available throughout the entire anniversary weekend at our designated pick-up station. Grab your shirt with your QR code!
Q: What if I can't make it to the anniversary event?
A: We understand that things come up! If you can’t make it to the event, please contact us at info@baila-augsburg.de to arrange an alternative pick-up or delivery option.
Q: Can I try on the t-shirt before I buy it?
A: Since this is an online pre-order for pick-up at the event, trying on the t-shirt beforehand won’t be possible. However, our size chart is available on the product page to help you find the perfect fit.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for secure online payments as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Q: Will there be t-shirts available for purchase at the event itself?
A: While we encourage pre-ordering to guarantee your size and preferred design, a limited number of t-shirts may be available for purchase at the event, subject to availability.
